High-Throughput Ionization Source Suits Any Mass Spectrometry

Booth 3743. The LDTD (laser diode thermal desorption) ion source is a plug-and–play device that can be installed on any mass spectrometer. Moreover, it increases analysis speed by a factor of 20 to 100. Working without any enhancement matrix and mobile phase, the system enables users to perform fast compound analysis (7 to 10 seconds per analysis) directly with the mass spectrometer with the same sensitivity obtained by any HPLC system.
