Extremely Quiet Biological Sample Concentrator

The versatile, high-capacity miVac Quattro biological sample concentrator rapidly removes a range of solvents, from volatile organic solvents to water. Featuring a high displacement pump, the unit typically removes water up to 40% faster than traditional concentrators and is extremely quiet. Solvent removal productivity can be further enhanced with the addition of the miVac SpeedTrap refrigerated condenser. Incorporating a four-swing position rotor, the concentrator can simultaneously accommodate up to 20 shallow-well microplates or eight deep-well plates, enabling increases in throughput and slashing drying times. Its compact size saves valuable bench space, and its simple, robust design provides years of reliable service even when used intensively. Applications include oligo synthesis, RNA/DNA preparation, peptide preparation, sequencing, molecular biology and ADME/toxicology research.
