Ferrule-Type Fittings Prevent Over Tightening
Without tools or guesswork, pre-assembled Click-N-Seal ferrule-type fittings prevent over- or under-tightening, which causes poor fluid connections and leaky processing. When the correct torque is reached, the installer can feel and hear a click that physically prevents tightening beyond that point. The fitting can be unthreaded and reused, stopping at the correct torque every time. They also minimize the problems associated with ferrule fittingscompressed tubing, interrupted fluid flow and leaks. The connections are available with 0.25-28 and M6 thread-sized fittings in three colors for easy coding and identification. Configurations are custom fit to any instrument specification. Users may specify tubing material, inside diameter and outside diameter up to 1/8”.
