Temperature Recorder Helps Meet FDA Regulations
The TEMP1000P Temperature Recorder logs internal temperatures in harsh environments and in real time before, during, and after processing is introduced. This stand-alone device features a 100 Ohm platinum RTD sensor in a 7 rigid probe for recording 㫀 to 125 C temperatures with ۪.5% FS accuracy and 0.05 C resolution. Providing <1 minute response time, this fully portable, waterproof recorder automatically measures and logs up to 32,767 temperature measurements in real time with all data date stamped and NIST traceable. The TEMP1000P includes software and plugs into an empty COM port on a computer to permit data viewing, exporting, and printing. It automatically calculates pasteurization and sterilization units to help users meet FDA regulations. Constructed on 316 stainless steel, it has a non-volatile memory and is powered by a 3.6 V lithium battery.
