HPLC System Offers Online SPE Advantages
SymbiosisT PICO integrated HPLC system offers the advantages of online SPE, such as higher assay sensitivity, no manual labor, and lower analysis costs. This multi-dimensional SPE mode allows the use of two different extraction mechanisms on two separate, disposable SPE cartridges in one sample run, resulting in high clean-up per sample. The system handles sample volumes from 10 µL to 10 mL and can add, mix and dilute samples prior to analysis in a fully automated process. High pressure gradient LC pumps come with a four-channel solvent selector to allow the use of multiple LC solvents. Combined with the optional column oven with an integrated six-port LC column selector, a variety of LC conditions can be selected in one unattended run, giving optimal flexibility.
