Tubes Compatible With Flash Chromatography Purification Systems
Strata Giga medical-grade polypropylene SPE tubes, in the syringe barrel format with 12-, 20-, or 60-mL volumes, are pre-packed with a bed mass ranging from 500 mg to 20 g of high-quality Strata SPE sorbents including reversed-, normal-, and ion-exchange phases. These tubes offer high and reproducible sample separation yields ranging in size from milligrams to grams. They are suitable for use in the purification of organic compounds from both aqueous and non-aqueous solutions in environmental, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology applications. Strata Giga tubes are compatible with several Flash chromatography purification systems including FlashVac-10 and 20, and Flash Master from IST.
