Polypropylene Casework Conforms to Customer Requirements

Proprietary polypropylene casework is manufactured using stress-relieved, fully seam-welded, white polypropylene. The outer cabinet shell, kick plate and shelves are constructed from 1/2 polypropylene, and the walls and floors are reinforced, maintaining structural integrity. All base cabinets with doors feature 1/4 flush-mounted access panels. Drawers, drawer guides, sliding window components, handles, hinges and screws are also of solid polypropylene. Additionally, doors are readily removable and hinges easily replaceable. The adjustable cupboard and base shelves come with a drip-proof/seismic lip. Modifications, additions, optional accessories and customer-designed products can be fabricated to meet the specific needs of a laboratory.
