AOTF/NIR Spectrometers Insensitive to Ambient Light

Miniature AOTF-NIR spectrometers feature a battery-powered, solid-state compact design that performs laboratory tasks anywhere in the plant. This design allows quick switchover from solids to liquids, and the LCD shows instant results. The Model 5030 AOTF-NIR Portable Analyzer is completely insensitive to ambient light; immune to vibration, dust, and dirt; and works reliably in harsh production environments. Applications include specification verification; raw material identification; and measurement of moisture and active ingredients in powders, pellets, resins, solids, liquids, gels, paper, textile, plastic, carpets, fruit grains, fat/sugar, and protein. Wireless data transmission to the Main Plant PLCs or DCS is optional.
