Texture Analyzer with Bloom Gel Test Function

The enhanced LFRA Texture Analyzer offers combined simplicity of operation with increased load capacity to 4500 g and expanded test capability. Increased test method choices are provided, as well as better resolution and improved accuracy. An automated Bloom Gel Test function facilitates rapid analysis for verification of established gelatin specifications. Texture profile analysis using Excel-based software enables the lab technician to generate analytical data comparable to other more costly instruments. Typical food applications include texture measurements of butter and cheese products, sauces, dough and baked goods, vegetables and meat products. Industrial applications include pharmaceuticals, personal care products, rubber, wax and sponges.
