Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) 2006 Annual Meeting and Food Expo

At the exposition, attendees can watch food scientists and chefs create new food products. Specialty pavilions will showcase similar products and services, helping attendees find specific information for particular aspects of the food industry. The technical program includes 100 sessions and more than 1400 presentations, including division-developed symposia, oral and poster presentations, themed technical sessions, and new products and technologies programming.
